Added 4 New groups and gave them personalized icons: - Owner - Administrator - Moderator - Forum developer - Donator

icons are pretty nifty. you chould make a group for the members if they wanna join it

About the icons... I added Donator rank which looks pretty sick to me. But personalized icons will probably not be added since it will just be very messy. Icons are only used to indicate the persons rank
If you want I can start making personalized signatures for the ones that want one like mine:
